Stage 10 is an automotive based consulting and video production company that I started in 2005.

Stage 10 produces corporate videos, documentary videos, consults on automotive related projects and events, produces bilingual translations and video voice overs, brokers international distribution deals and takes on any other random job that connects Japan and the US. It is basically a platform for me to professionally exercise my experience and networks.

The “10” in Stage 10 is taken from GEN X…”X” obviously being the Roman numeral for 10. Gen X sounds so old now…lol…but hey, I am what I am.

The concept was to produce videos and business projects on multiple STAGES from the unique perspective of a GEN X’er. "Stage 10" was also a memorable slang term that we used to use in our street racing days to signify anything that was super crazy and over the top. You see, back in the day, we used to measure how tuned a car was according to the HKS stage system. Many of the cars when we first started only had Stage 3-4 tuning kits but some cars like the Supra’s, GTR’s etc…had up to Stage 7 and 8…thus, when we referred to STAGE 10, it meant that things were really crazy with lots of custom goodies...

In reality though, this company taught me the importance of investing your own money into projects and was a very important stepping stone for me.
