Halloween is relatively a recent “holiday” in Japan.

Through proper commercialization with no regards to the original purpose of the holiday, Halloween has established itself as the ultimate excuse to dress up and get crazy.

Check out Shibuya’s infamous scramble intersection.

The only other time it gets this crazy is during World Cup Soccer matches…
